There are four of us here that regularly use navigator for various admin
reasons. We've recently replaced the windows client in iSeries Access with
ACS' web client.
For me and another colleague (I'm on Win10 and Chrome and he is on Win10
and MS Edge) the web client works fine - passwords are requested, screens
displayed (a bit slowly, but whatever) and functions work.
For the other two colleagues (both on Win10 and Edge) when they select any
option on the web client after successful login their profile is disabled!
They enter their password as normal, the menu appears indicating a
successful login then when they select any option on the menu they get a
message saying the profile is disabled (and the profile is disabled).
How can the navigator client disable their profile after a successful login
attempt? I can't see any error messages on the i side of things (other than
two sequential messages about the profile being disabled). Where else can I
look?
As far as I can tell all four of us have identical profiles (apart from
user/password details). We're on i v7.1 and the ACS tool is v1.1.7.0.
Win10, Chrome and Edge are up to date.
