You may not necessarily need the source.
It really depends if the java has been obfuscated.
I’ve written a bit of java that runs on IBM i.
Specifically java that uses jt400 and creates xml and csv files.
The other thing is if it runs directly on the IBM i you’d probably want to switch it to the native jdbc driver for db2 and not use jt400 - it’s much quicker at database access
I’m happy to look at it for you and advise further.
