I think when you mentioned "MS server", people figured you meant your
data needed to be imported to Microsoft SQL Server (which, despite its
name, is a database, like Oracle or DB2). But now it sounds like you
really meant a server (small-'s'), that happens to be running a
Microsoft operating system (perhaps MS Windows Server).

Without any further information, it seems to me you could just use
CPYTOIMPF and FTP.
