How long does that take? I started it 10 minutes ago and it's just 
sitting there.

And what was the actual fix in your situation? While waiting for it, I 
looked at CFGTCP option 12 (Change TCP/IP Domain) and the HOSTSCHPTY is 
*LOCAL.
