Well, it worked yesterday, but not today. I had called RICOH and pointed
out the link. They first told me that it was an old link and that they'd
look for a newer file. Then this morning they said, yes, that is the
correct link, and its on an as-is basis.

I figure now that they new how bad the link was, they've whacked it.
