I already have iACS installed on my Windows 10 PC, but I need to create
overlays from PDF files. So, with great pain, I found the full Client
Access Solutions download from the IBM ESS website. I started the
install, and it tells me that for Windows 8 and higher, that I will need
to obtain the signed driver from RICOH. Called them, and I had to spell
AFP about 10 times, but I got a case created. Has anyone gotten these
drivers out of RICOH, and do you have any tips, like what they might call
the product on their end, or if it even exists anymore as of 2017?
