We might try talking to IBM but the problem is clearly Kyocera's. We have
multiple other manufacturers printers working perfectly, including
selecting the drawers, number of copies, etc.

Kyocera had another problem where when we printed a PDF it refused to
select the correct drawer/paper size. They have a low level setting for
PDF's that basically said, use the standard drawer, and reduce or enlarge
the PDF to fit. That's dumb. They changed it to "select proper paper size
if possible" and that problem was solved.
