Yes, you may have this on 7.3. However, was this a brand new 7.3 lpar or
an lpar which was upgraded to 7.3? My 'brand new' 7.3 lpars do not have
this.

Given that details are sketchy, I am confirming that 'removed' does not
apparently mean 'removed via PTF'. At least not with the PTF mix I have :-/
