PTFs have been released that get the information from the new PSP link.
This fixes both SYSTOOLS.GROUP_PTF_CURRENCY and
SYSTOOLS.GROUP_PTF_DETAILS.

7.1 SI64490
7.2 SI64491
7.3 SI64492

it is.
I opened a PMR and IBM let me know they have their best people
working on it.

PTF's will be coming out to fix it.

Anyone else getting this result from query of
SYSTOOLS.GROUP_PTF_CURRENCY?

PSP INFORMATION NOT AVAILABLE

Suspect it is a result of the latest enhancements to IBM's PTF website.
