PTFs have been released that get the information from the new PSP link.
This fixes both SYSTOOLS.GROUP_PTF_CURRENCY and
SYSTOOLS.GROUP_PTF_DETAILS.

I opened a PMR and IBM let me know they have their best people working
on it.

PTF's will be coming out to fix it.
