Vary it up a little by picking a different service when you give a
different example. If you know they're running 7.1 you can pick an
appropriate one from that list (unless, of course, your goal is "see what
you're missing" but I'll settle for baby steps).

The benefits of doing this are:
- You have a sample table (or view) that both you and them will have
without compromising confidential data. Therefore no need for columns
like FOO and BAR.
- It educates you on the services available.
- It educates them on the services available.
