I think that the DSPPGM output has a version-for-which-created or minimum version attribute. Here's an example from an OPM RPG program -

Compiler . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 5770WDS V7R1M0
Earliest release that program can run . . . . . : V7R1M0

There's also information in DSPOBJD.especially in the *SERVICE detail option.
