Not really my implementation, you give me far too much credit!

All I did was compile ImageMagick so you don't have to fool with compiling it in PASE. And... that was AGES ago, I bet there's a newer version available somewhere.

/QOpenSys/usr/local/bin/convert -compress none fromfile.png -set -units PixelsPerInch -density 203 tofile.jpg

I'm downloading GIMP to look at the images.
