The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

ABSOLUTELY. It's wonderful and vHMC beats pHMC hands down when it comes
to updates. Remember all that time the HMC stares at you blankly when
it's waiting for UEFI to boot etc etc? Yeah the vHMC has none of that.
Slap, boom, bang, booting. And you can give it more memory and CPU if
you'd like too!
It takes a bit of VMWare Network skills to expose that private HMC to
Power System network but if you can't do that you are not a competent
VMWare admin.

I am not using vHMC. I have a physical HMC. Actually I have two physical
HMC's. One in each city hosting a Power 8 or two. Either can act as a
backup to the other one in the other city. I rather count on that if I'm
doing an HMC upgrade and fear something may happen. Or the upgrade goes
to pot.
If you have multiple vmWare boxes couldn't you do the same thing?
