HMC 8.8.6.0 Java exception list?

Is there a way to set the Java site exception list on HMC 8.8.6.0?

I want to use the browser to connect to my TS2900 tape drive, and the
cert from the TS2900 is self-signed, which is a new no-no. It was
working on 8.8.3.0 but I upgraded.

My operator really likes having the 5250 'console' and the tape drive
web app on the same physical workstation - within arm's reach of the
physical tape drive.
