Chris,
I am also seeing this condition.
I was told that IBM had addressed this in a prior release, but it still
occurs.
I have kept the old Personal Communications 6.0 version for just this
condition.  When I need to query a file where I know this exists, I switch
to that emulator and then run my SQL.
