ok you could get the all PTFs cover letter SF97xxx
(I recall there being a CSV version you could get and copy to a PF.)

cycle thru that PF and check to see if the PTF is already loaded.
I like the API QPZRTVFX for that.
fill up the SNDPTFORD command every so often and send.
Not sure how many you can send for at a time.

will have to do another method for ptfs in products like MQ, web query and open source. those are not in the SF97xxx cover letter.

SF99712 - any PTF not part of any cum or group.
It never materialized.
