We have software that will let you add images to an existing PDF file, but
the only problem there is you still run into the issue of printing from the
IFS (if that is what the OP was asking.. printing images from the IFS).

There are solutions, but I haven't seen one that works for all printers.
Most have to be "PDF ready" if I recall properly.

We also have software that uses Google Cloud Print to get around this, but
so far that isn't getting any traction (although it is pretty cool. I use
it.. :) )

For some simple stuff, like adding company logos and whatnot to an invoice
page, many people have used either "page segments" or "overlays" instead.

Subject: Storing images on, and printing same images from the
AS/400
Sent by: "MIDRANGE-L" <midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi everyone
Before I forget - we are on V7r1

I have googled the internet and received a ton of information - but maybe
Im just being overloaded
Can anyone suggest a web page or document on storing images on the AS/400
and printing those images as part of a document from the AS/400?

As always - all responses greatly appreciated
