sftp on V7R3 - new host

Hi!

Just upgraded from V7R1 old P5 to V7R3 on a P8. Everything seems to work except receiving files from partners using sftp.
We can send the same way as before, but receive files seems to be a problem.
All catalogs being used for sftp has been restored ok, I noticed that the sshd_config file has a new location in V7R3.
As I understand it nothing under /QOpenSys/QIBM/ProdData has been restored to the new box.

What am I missing?

Syslog looks like:
