On your slow transmission, did you check your CHGTCPA buffer sizes? Huge
thing. Freaking huge thing. Before this I seriously think I could have
received them via FedEx faster.
It will still take some time. I don't have a record of our last download
but I suspect our internet connection and yours are vastly different.

Very recently I was on a phone call with IBM and they were recommending
the option 8 as the preferred method but could give me zero explanation
why.
My preference is that I can copy and paste the INSPTF command and I don't
have to remember to change any option on option 8, like delayed, etc.
Sort of like I would prefer http://myibmi:2001/MySpoolFiles vs
http://myibmi:2001 expand this, expand that, click this, click that.
