Damn - that's the same problem as Box.com.

We have an account with Box but only for a single user and that account level does not support FTP. The Pro account that allows FTP is reasonably priced (like this one) until you realize that there is a 3 user minimum - that really is deceptive pricing practice.

It may be worth mentioning that you have to read carefully and kind of
poke around. The prominently displayed $12/month price for the
professional package probably translates to a minimum of $36/month.
The personal package has 40 and 80 GB plans that are cheaper.
