QINTER is not the measure of everything.
11 of my lpars probably spend 90% of their time with no one using 5250,
and 8% of the remaining with only one person signed on.
2 of the lpars probably spend 80% of their time with no one using 5250 and
10% with one using 5250 and the rest would be a HA switch test. And
that's being generous to the amount of time with more than zero.
Only 2 other lpars have significant 5250 activity. And on one of them
more is moving to RDi.
So, out of 15 lpars only one has banging 5250 activity.
Only 4 lpars even have QINTER. The rest use QBASE and not QCTL.
