I am trying to export data from a data file to IFS file so that I can open
it in notepad on PC and see greek roman characters.

1. File CCSID 875
2. File Fields are in CCSID 875
3. IFS file is UTF-8 BOM
4. JOB CCSID 875

I have tried multiple combinations but for some reason I am not able to see
Greek characters on PC.

CPYTOIMPF FROMFILE(FILENAME) TOSTMF('/tmp/xxfile') MBROPT(*ADD)
FROMCCSID(875) RCDDLM(*CRLF) STRDLM(*NONE)

I can do WRKLNK and see the file on IFS and all characters look good but
when open the same file in notepad++ I see gibrish .. encoding says UTF-8
BOM..

Any idea what should be the right way to export the file?
