The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
I followed the steps on this link
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas8N1021726 and restarted the *admin http server and now all is working. Thank you all for your notes and recommendations.

As Joe Wood said:

Yes, there was information in the cover letter. We have made changes so
you
can assign your own certificate to Admin2. This way you can use a well
known certificate to avoid the "pink eye" on browser that state the site
isn't secured or stop folks from having to make an exception to allow our
certificate. Many companies are preventing users from being able to add
exceptions etc.

10. IBM Navigator for i now supports HTTP as the default
protocol instead of HTTPs:
Users can access http://<hostname>:2001/ as before, but this
will now redirect users to HTTP port 2004 instead of HTTPs port
2005.
HTTPs will be disabled by default. If users require HTTPs, it
must now be configured on the individual IBM i system. You can
follow the instructions on our service page:
