iSeries? iSeries can't do TLS. Couldn't resist.....
Definitely contact IBM i Support and they'll get you connected to TLS and
all. I have seen this many times and it's usually something with the
internal certificates. They are also transitioning away from TLS to
straight HTTP with TLS as a configurable option due to the blitzkrieg of
changes in browsers and ciphers over the last year.

I just built a new iSeries from scratch. I have everything working -This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list
almost. SSL is up and running for everything. The only thing I am having
trouble with is the HTTP admin instance ADMIN2. It is listening on port
2004 but not 2005. I am at a loss. Where should I be looking? DCM looks
correct. It matches my other V7R2 system. netstat *CNN does not show the
port 2005 as active but admin2 is listening on 2004. My working system
admin2 has both 2004 and 2005 in a listening state.
