According to what you've said...the menu programs have USRADPAUT(*YES)
USRPRF(*USER)...and assuming that the menu programs are the user's initial
program(s)..
Then in fact, they DO NOT use adopted authority...there isn't adopted
authority [via USERPRF(*OWNER)]for them to use (via USRADPAUT(*YES)]
Or do you have some other program (with USRPRF(*OWNER)) as the initial
program which calls the menu programs?
