I believe that IBM alters the internals on what is actually saved to media
(tape, save files, etc) to get the information from the system catalogs
also for things like stored procedures, etc. And the restore also handles
this.
Now some people are reporting interesting results. Like perhaps it's not
working as they believe it should.

I'm not questioning whether how they believe is good, bad or indifferent.
I'm just explaining my belief as to how save/restore handles this.

If I had more time I might try creating a small library with a stored
procedure in it.

Remember, the adepts would use the internals of save files to undelete
rows in tables. So there should be some way of seeing this stuff.
