Opt 21 of a GO SAVE fails just after it starts.

I've a model 800 on V5R2 which is a backup machine that gets used very little.

I decided to create a more current save of the system.

Opt 21 printed a few quick lists then failed saying that *PNLGRP QGIZAINP could not be found. I've never created any panel groups and using WRKOBJ I can't find any panel groups on the system, or on my other system for that matter.

Panel groups are generally menus as I understand them, but the failure happens after all the normal menus of a GO SAVE appear.
Not sure what my options are.

An extensive google search QGIZAINP yields zero hits.
