Much of that info is available in iNavigator's index advisor.

Review the suggested indexes recommended and you can delete the recommended
indexes and allow the system to rebuild recommendations. If there are no
more recommendations, then you have all the indexes you need.

My memory of sorst is related to the use of the Run Extended Dynamic SQL
API, which stores the statements and access paths, etc., in an SQLPKG
object.

Have not much experiemce with embedded SQL, though.

Perhaps the source of the confusion.

I seem to remember being able to delete SQLPKG objects (apart from the
model ones) without any side effects and the next run would re-create
them.
Maybe try deleting the *SQLPKG objects after an appropriate save...
