Yes, looking at cloud options is on my list for 2017. I have questions regarding licensed software (we use JDE World), local printer support, and EDI modem support. You're already on my short list to call Dr.

Absolutely agree with this logic.
Give me a call if you are interested. We can provide i 7.1 2 or 3 and for 5 users you're talking a very small slice of a machine! Then it's no lease, no purchase, no tapes, etc. Really can be very cost effective.
Our infrastructure is focused on this very small size customer.

With only 5 users...

Have you looked at cloud based options?

We still pay for support. Problem is the i5 520 is still performing
just fine for my 5 users. We've never really taxed the machine.

Fact is our sales are currently not good, so a $40k+ upgrade just
isn't in the budget. And yes, I've offered leasing options.

Thanks

I would be one of those - stuck on a i5 520. Boss won't spend the

So I take it the boss doesn't spend money for maintenance either?
Your shop goes without support from IBM?
