Hi Alan -

Well, yes. :) There's a gradual move to ILE, but there is still a fair
amount of monolith development. I would want to lean more towards ILE since
that's more involved. I think a standard that focused on ILE could be used
for OPM also, especially in terms of naming conventions and such. Promotion
could be similar too, just not as intricate with as many moving parts.
Anything would be appreciated.
