The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Well if you do not have ANY way to sign on then that avenue is closed.
As you also have no Service Tools IDS you are in a poor position.
You could slip the LIC on the machine with a new copy but that retains
the previous passwords for Service tools and thus gains you nothing.
You could re-install the LIC which would get you new passwords for
Service tools. Problem with this avenue is you delete the user data in
the process so know you know the passwords to an empty system.
