You gave me the answer. My shortcut was executing the previous version. I assumed (made an ass etc etc) that the short cut was changed.
I deleted the shortcut and recreated it from the new folder and I now have the latest version.

My ACS shows Version: 1.1.6.1

Build: 6431

I have a windows folder where I copy the latest version of ACS to. In
that way making sure that my windows shortcuts and defaults always point
to the latest.

I have downloaded the latest version of ACS and I have checked the QuickStartGuide.html and it does say "last updated on: October 11, 2016".

However after doing the installation and then launching ACS and clicking Help and About it still says Version: 1.1.5.1 Build Id :6131 March 23, 2016.

What am I missing?
