By "recommended fixes" I use this link:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas8N1021480
I add these on the same order as the cume and groups.

Numerous vendors have their own recommendations.

Some use IBM Informational APARs. Like Infor
II14603 CLOSED CAN V7R1 - INFOR'S ERP LX AND BPCS ON I5 REQUIRED PTF LIST
II14421 CLOSED CAN V6R1 - INFOR'S ERP LX AND BPCS ON I5 REQUIRED PTF LIST
II14781 CLOSED CAN V7R2 INFOR LX AND BPCS REQUIRED PTF LIST
There is one for V5R4 also. II14189
Haven't found one for 7.3 and I've dinged them at
https://community.inforxtreme.com/infor-erp-lx--bpcs-product-group/f/infor-erp-lx-bpcs-product-group---discussion/7850/is-there-an-informational-apar-for-bpcs-erplx-for-ibm-i-7-3-like-there-is-for-ibm-i-7-2-and-ibm-i-7-1
Their customer care site lists a particular PTF if you change your CCSID
from 65535 and try to read a file sequentially. Think it might have been
for System21 but can't see why it wouldn't be applicable to all.

Some have duplicate sites and let one fall into disrepair. Such as Mimix

http://visionsolutions.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/45894
And if you can figure out how to get to the latter by starting out at
their home page kudo's to you!
