I have a new GUI app that we finished testing, ready to go live.
Everything working fine on R&D LPAR.

I copies the libraries and IFS objects from R&D LPAR to Production LPAR.
Created the new HTTP instance on Production LPAR.

Only change needed was the IP and URL, (different from R&D to Production.

When launching on the Production LPAR, page will not display, get the below error.

HTTP instance error - This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.

It was hinted that this could be a permission/authority issue.
Checked those, appear to be ok.

Any other thoughts or suggestions.
