Marc, we do have 5770WDS option 35 installed.

And, Jon, we are/were up to date on V7R1 PTFs-- and the program does compile in the secondary system at v7r1.

The program doesn't compile with target release v7r3 or *CURRENT either.

My thought is that we're missing a library in the library list or some obscure piece of something somewhere... or some compile option that changed between v7r1 and v7r3 (although we read through the Memos to Users). ):

Anyone have any thoughts?

Not sure if it applies, but there is an option of 5770WDS related to
*PRV compilers.
For ILE RPG, this is the option 35.
You may want to check if it is installed, and try to install it if not.
