I'm looking for an example of a trigger name, that uses double quotes, and is longer than 128 characters.

If I understood what Sue said ... the only time you would have a name that exceeds 128 characters is if you embedded a LOT of double quotes in it ... and I suspect that would be an extraordinarily rare situation.
