RE: Technology Refresh TR1 for Release 7.3 announced

I'm stuck on 7.1 myself as our machine won't go any higher. Would love to get to 7.3, but trying to get the boss to approve the expenditure for a new machine, plus all of the licensing costs, has been a real struggle. He's got the 'If it's not broke why fix it' mentality for sure.

Yes, they did. TRs for V7R1 are done. They will only be creating PTFs to correct current feature/function.

With any kind of luck they will announce the end of support for V7R1 soon and we can get into the business of getting folks upgrading. I have too many customers that are waiting for IBM to force their hand.
