Over here in the states many of us have changed the system value QCCSID to
37 midday, on busy machines, with no ill effects. If you have the desire
to hear a counter to that you can search the archives for this list for a
concern from Chuck Pence.

However that may not quite get everything. Like existing column
definitions.
