R: conversion between CCSID 1208 and CCSID 65535 not valid (RPG Talks To Watson)



CCSID 65535 means NO CONVERSION!
You need your language CCSID for example 37 for US-English or 273 for
German.
Use an additional variable formatted with your CCSID.
Once converted into your CCSID you can save it in your column defined with
CCSID 65535.
