Having a mix of RPG and Java and remote ODBC connections makes a task like this much more difficult. None of the IBM commands can analyze files accessed by native Java or remote ODBC applications.

We also use Total.

The biggest problems with DSPPGMREF are OVRxxx and *LIBL. DSPPGMREF can tell you what's in the RPG program but it can't tell you what table is actually touched at runtime.
