Hi Nirvan

You should not put anything in the WSCST parameter, first of all.

To see what the error is, take the number - 3474 - and put it into a message ID with CPE at the beginning -

DSPMSGD CPE3474

Not sure if it will tell you anything else. It says "Unknown system state". That could be due to the value you put into the WSCST parameter.

You might want to do a WRKLNK to see that the IFS file is there. Thentake a 5 to see the contents.

Also, you didn't say what the path is that you are using for the stream file.
