David,

That opens every session in a new tab from what I've seen.

If I have a session open on box A, and want to start a session on Box B
that works. But if I open another Box A or Box B I want that tab opened in
the already open window. If I open Box C I want that as a new window as
well. etc...

Just wishing. :)

Now, does anyone know if there's a way that when you start a new
session from a different server it will automatically make it a new
window instead of a tab in an existing window (that's on a different
session)?

Do you have the "Open new session in new tab" option, in the tab
preferences, checked?

If so, uncheck that.
