Iseries access not suppported with win 10

Has anyone else experienced any problem with the latest Java version that was released this week running on Windows 10? I have two PCs. One Windows 7 and one Windows 10 both running the latest java version and both running the latest i Access Client. The windows 7 PC works fine the Windows 10 PC does not. The windows 10 PC will show the "Loading..." windows and never leaves that point. I did go to IBM and download Access Client again to be sure I had the most recent build and it did the same.
