I don't use it (this is the first I've heard of it), but it is very
easy to believe that it is better than AJS. The question is: how much
better? And how much does it cost? If it's cheaper than AJS, then
sure, why not? But I kinda doubt that it is.

I'm pretty confident AJS is more than capable enough for most shops.
(And if I were a betting man, I would bet most shops that have any
in-house programming capability tend to just make do with the basic
scheduler.)
