News (to me) regarding Python for i

In case folks missed it buried in another thread, IBM's open source
product 5733-OPS will soon (for some IBM-defined value of "soon") have
Option 4, which is Python 2.7. This will presumably have a lot in
common with Option 2, Python 3.4:

In the process of digging around, I happened to notice this PDF which
contains a lot of starter info for IBM's Python 3.4, including what
Buck *might* call a "fully worked" Excel example:

In light of these new(ish) developments, I updated the midrange.com wiki:

The wiki page is still very much a stub, but at least it's a more
up-to-date stub.

And speaking of up-to-date, I'm torn on whether to remove the link to
Garry Taylor's article(s). It was a decent effort for its time, but
now its only value (as I see it) is that it was written in a way that
seems very accessible to midrangers. There are a number of flaws in
that series of articles, at least one due to a misunderstanding of
Python, plenty of others due to obsolescence, and still others due to
HTML/CSS issues.
