Where is my public certificate? -- MIDRANGE-L

I have to make a connection from our 7.1 system to a SOAP service. I can
use SK's LIBHTTP or we've used Brad Stones GETURI as well.

The owner of the other server says I need to send him my public
certificate. I recall using the certificate store web pages before but I'm
not seeing those links on the 2001 V7R1 interface.

I see cryptographic services management but nothing comes up in that tab.
