I too wonder why anyone would want to use Google Calendar to schedule IBM i jobs. Don't get me wrong, I like Google calendar. Many of my kids teams also use it and having all this synced into my personal google calendar is a God send. And, not that I use AJS, but it has features that I can't see how Google Calendar would begin to match, like if JobB requires that the previous JobA ends successfully and that sort of rot.

Exactly Rob, the ability to setup job dependencies is the main feature of an "Advanced" job scheduler. Do not allow job C to run until job A and job B complete normally, or job A cannot run at the same time as job B, etc. Also what actions to take if job A completes abnormally, can job B continue, does the chain stop, etc. If all you need is to schedule independent jobs by date/time then there free options for that.
