As PASE is not a full implementation fo AIX, I suspect IBM did not feel the need for the AIX help to be there.

So if you want to press it, please go to requirements.common.org and enter a requirement to ask for this.

Or submit a DCR (design change request). Details on how to do that, I don't recall, others here know about it. And you can always google it.
