We use a product by the name of SpoolOrganizer/400 by Broderick, which I
think is now Help Systems.
They create a data queue for each output queue that you want to monitor.
The monitor definition tells it whether to move it to another queue,
convert to PDF/CSV, delete it, etc.

You can use WRKOUTQD to see if there is a data queue associated with the
output queue in question.
Knowing this will help you look into JetForm and see if there are any rules
setup.

Unfortunately, a WRKOBJLCK on the data queue does not show what job is
listening to the data queue.

Possibly, JetForm moved the spooled files to another output queue after

subject: Release of spool file yields to disappear

HI I am trying to troubleshoot. We have a new warehouse almost ready.
the user there entered a process to run on the ibm i. It created spool
file via Jet forms also. When I look at that users spools, this one is
held. I release it and it disappears. I asked them to run again but what
should I be looking for ? I want that it should print. I will make sure to
save *YES after printing but that's assuming it does actually print.
