Possibly, JetForm moved the spooled files to another output queue after
processing.

subject: Release of spool file yields to disappear
HI I am trying to troubleshoot. We have a new warehouse almost ready.
the user there entered a process to run on the ibm i. It created spool
file via Jet forms also. When I look at that users spools, this one is
held. I release it and it disappears. I asked them to run again but what
should I be looking for ? I want that it should print. I will make sure to
save *YES after printing but that's assuming it does actually print.
